Ticking To The Corner

Only the clock has been my friend,
Ticking to the thunders of the day,
For my heart often sits alone,
Beating on one while the other is amiss.

I just don't wish to wait any further,
When work takes your time I comprehend,
But when work ends, I still sat by the clock,
And your words still missing but only hear the voice of my sorrow.

Confusion of what should be done,
Uncomprehending on when it should be made,
I want to stay, I really want to make this happen,
But I feel I'm being chased away,
You said you have done what's right,
You mentioned you have offered only the best,
You believe you performed your best.

I'm scared,
For I could only wait and wait and wait,
But I could not see for how long more I'll wait,
Until you start counting my steps away.

My Group Fitness Instructor Profile

Conducted dance aerobics at the INTI World Physiotherapy Day celebration, 19 September 2012

With a first class honours degree in physiotherapy and a certified group fitness instructor by the American Council of Exercise (ACE), I have a firm foundation in conducting dance aerobics for various groups of people with different health conditions. I have successfully formed weight management programs in Kuwait Finance House and iRehab Physiotherapy and Stroke Rehabilitation Centre involving dance aerobics, strengthening and toning exercises with personal training. I have been very lucky to be blessed with the opportunity to conduct exercises in various places such as in Beacon International Hospital, Mahkota Technologies Sdn. Bhd., INTI International University, Alam Flora and Kuwait Finance House as well as in a community setting for example in SS19, Subang Jaya.

With the blessings of Allah, I completed my Degree in Physiotherapy with a First Class Honours

I apply my knowledge of exercise physiology and evidence-based practice in the types of exercises provided to patients and clients. With this knowledge and a trainer certification by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), I have provided health talks at various organisations namely Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Kuwait Finance House, QHC Medical Centre, INTI International University, Beacon International Hospital and other companies.

Conducted dance aerobics in Alam Flora office, off Jalan Loke Yew, 12 July 2012

Currently I am a physiotherapy lecturer in a locally established International University and pursuing a Masters in Health Sciences specializing in exercise physiology as well as weight management.

The Love of Non To Compare

The guitar strings may be broken,
One by one perish to two pieces,
Losing its melody, its fine tune,
Yet music is still being played,
Flowing pleasure into the ears of many,
Blanketing sour to smiles,
Overwhelming the ugly to great beauty.

Honey, towers may collapse,
Hearts may break,
The clouds may fall from the heavens,
But not your spirit,
Nor your love and pure heart,
Would ever be ruined,
Nor be unfounded,
For your passion for life grows stronger,
Making the best of your power,
To make me smile as how you have always done,
And to make others around you feel nothing but more love,
For you.

Honey, we will be here,
For the worse of views,
And for the best of memories,
Pictures once taken would never change,
But more beautiful as we recall and see it tomorrow,
You will be in the middle, the darling, the baby, the sayang,
You'll be the strongest,
Fighting your way through,
For only a warrior would be able to overcome this,
And you definitely lead the army of faith and sincerity,
The weapons of courage and perseverance,
The armour of compassion and empathy.

Honey, we love you,
I love you,
And we will be here, yes we will be here,
A vow on my soul,
And on all of ours,
For you truly became the light of the many,
The love of non to compare.

Far Yu (For You)

A month of great sunshine,
To have been in honour of your presence,
A great blessing of pure love,
How I was made to soar from one touch,
With your simple smile and low voice,
And how unfortunate I never had a photo with you.

These words are permanently marked into my heart,
"You are a wonderful person, you made me smile first time in 4 months",
During your oncall night:
"Since you're going to sleep, I'm just gonna whisper and say I like the way your hands fit into mine".
And as you were about to fly:
"I don't know why but I'm already missing you, and correct me if I'm wrong, your eyes look sad.

You did not just scarred my heart,
But you also scarred my right cheek,
I took it as a flaw,
But now I see it as a mark of love,
For now I would remember you everytime I look into the mirror.

Such great adoration I had for you,
Your principles of loyalty and transparency,
Your priorities in wealth,
Your values towards friendship and family,
Your determination in striving for your dad's challenge,
Your OCD, cleanliness and neatness,
Your intelligence, oh how I am blown away,
Your maturity and integrity, thoughts of vision for success,
Your sincerity, sigh I don't have any replenishment for my night cream and moisturiser,
Your humor and wittiness despite being horrible at spelling.

My heart shatters, not to pieces but ashes,
For gluing it back together is not the challenge,
But to simply locate the bits of it, is,
How I miss you, your scent, how it remain in my hands and memory,
For I know I could never have it back as your perfume is unavailable locally.

I won't stop the right from the wrong,
For that is your desire and I will flee your heart,
Sacrificing you means sacrificing part of my soul,
Sacrificing a great joy which I mistakenly thought would last,
For only admiration I would have for your next love,
Oh how lucky your next love would be.

What saddens me more,
I never had the chance to say it,
Nor you had the opportunity to say it to me,
Those three words that lovers should.
For I would say it now not that it matters,
Yes, I love you.
And goodbye.

I'm so hollow
So this has been For You
